Apartment & Condo Delivery

Megsu furniture ships flat-packed in boxes via UPS or FedEx. Here's how to make delivery to an apartment or condo go smoothly.

Before Your Delivery

  • Check the box sizes — Larger items such as bed frames and dressers may ship in several heavy boxes. Product pages list package details where available
  • Inform your concierge or building manager — Let them know to expect large deliveries
  • Check elevator and hallway access — Confirm boxes can fit through entrances, elevators and stairwells
  • Add delivery notes — Include your unit number, buzzer code and access instructions at checkout

On Delivery Day

  • Carriers deliver to your door or building entrance as access allows — in-home placement and assembly are not included
  • Multi-box orders may arrive on different days; keep an eye on each tracking number
  • Have a helper available — some boxes are heavy and are best moved by two people

After Delivery

  • Inspect every box for damage and take photos of anything damaged
  • Keep all packaging until assembly is complete in case a return is needed
  • Assemble the furniture in the room where it will be used — see How to Unbox & Assemble Your Furniture
