Warranty Overview

Megsu solid wood furniture is built to last. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, a damaged part or missing hardware, we'll work with you to make it right.

Coverage periods: Warranty terms can differ by product. Contact us with your order number to confirm the coverage for your item.

What's Covered

Issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use, such as:

  • Defective or broken components — e.g., cracked slats, split rails or faulty drawer runners
  • Missing hardware or parts in the original package
  • Incorrect or defective items shipped by us

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear — Including natural changes in wood color, grain and finish over time
  • Natural wood characteristics — Knots, grain variation and small color differences are part of solid wood's character, not defects
  • Improper assembly or modifications — Damage caused by not following the assembly instructions or by altering the product
  • Misuse or accidents — Exceeding weight capacity, impacts, burns, spills or pet damage
  • Environmental damage — Excessive moisture, heat or direct sunlight (see our care guides)
  • Commercial or rental use

How to Protect Your Furniture

  2. Respect weight capacities listed in the size guide
