Cancellation Policy
Within 1 Hour of Purchase
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase at no cost, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
After Processing or Shipment
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Instead, you can request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
How to Request a Cancellation
- Email contact@megsu.com or call +1 714 300 8078 as soon as possible
- Include your order number and the email address used to place the order
- We'll confirm whether the order can still be cancelled
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original form of payment within 2–5 business days. Actual posting times depend on your financial institution.
Modifying an Order
Need to change your shipping address or another detail? Contact us right away — changes are only possible before the order is processed.
Important: We're not responsible for delayed cancellation requests, including delays caused by time zone differences, communication issues or technical errors. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it won't be eligible for cancellation.
